The Journey

My name is Emerald and I am the owner of A Taste of Eme, pronounced "M" a quality chocolate and sweet treat company. I decided to launch A Taste of Eme because I am passionate about chocolate and believe anything can be dipped in it. I discovered my passion for this business from being in the kitchen at Park West High School and followed that with employment with a well known chocolate company. My mission is to bring small specialty chocolate treats that excite and please the soul. I aspire to introduce my treats into the lives and events of all families just as I do for mine.
